Description
Carefully process transactions related to health insurance benefits administration
Review applications for home help, maternity benefits, child sickness allowance, exemption from co-payments, and AOK additional services
Ensure communication with customers through various contact channels
Independently handle error messages in Oscareยฎ
Guide and assist customers at the information desk in the service centre
Issue certificates
Requirements
Training as a social insurance clerk in health insurance, as a business professional in healthcare, or a comparable qualification
Service and market-oriented approach to work
Good communication skills
