• Preparation of hot and cold dishes for banquets and à la carte service

• Participation in developing sports-appropriate nutrition dishes

• Guiding and supporting kitchen assistants and external staff

• Monitoring and adhering to hygiene regulations according to HACCP

• Receipt and inspection of deliveries

• Assisting with inventories

• Quality control of food and dishes

• Proper separation and disposal of kitchen waste

• Completed training as a cook

• Professional experience in upscale hospitality

• Experience as a Chef de Partie is advantageous

• Knowledge in dealing with personnel service providers is helpful

• Flexibility and a strong sense of quality

• Structured and independent working style
