Description
What You Will Do with Us
Coordinate and prepare for the timely and compliant awarding of construction services
Conduct procurement procedures for contracts in the fields of building and plant construction in coordination with strategic purchasing
Create decision-ready documents and provide them for the function of strategic buyer
Carry out market observation to identify the latest legal and scientific findings in the field
Independently design orders and additional orders while considering contract-related requirements
Requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with relevant professional experience
Alternatively: Technician, Master Craftsman or similar with relevant professional experience in the awarding of construction services or calculation of construction measures
Advanced knowledge in the use of SAPR3, electronic procurement solutions for public AG
Knowledge of general contract law BGB, EN and DIN standards, the DVGW regulations, DWA regulations, GWB, SektVO, VOB, VgV, HOAI, general contract law, MS Office, AVA
Desirable: Extensive professional experience in procurement, knowledge in all areas of civil engineering sciences
Team capability, structured working, willingness to continue education

Compensation
We offer you remuneration in pay group 10 according to the collective agreement for public utilities (TV-V). Depending on individual qualifications, classification in a lower pay group may also be possible.
