Technical Buyer (m/f/d)

Purchasing is responsible for all procurement for the company, ensuring competitive, economical, legal and company rule-compliant awarding of contracts.

What You Will Do with Us

• Coordinate and prepare for the timely and compliant awarding of construction services

• Conduct procurement procedures for contracts in the fields of building and plant construction in coordination with strategic purchasing

• Create decision-ready documents and provide them for the function of strategic buyer

• Carry out market observation to identify the latest legal and scientific findings in the field

• Independently design orders and additional orders while considering contract-related requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with relevant professional experience

• Alternatively: Technician, Master Craftsman or similar with relevant professional experience in the awarding of construction services or calculation of construction measures

• Advanced knowledge in the use of SAPR3, electronic procurement solutions for public AG

• Knowledge of general contract law BGB, EN and DIN standards, the DVGW regulations, DWA regulations, GWB, SektVO, VOB, VgV, HOAI, general contract law, MS Office, AVA

• Desirable: Extensive professional experience in procurement, knowledge in all areas of civil engineering sciences

• Team capability, structured working, willingness to continue education

Compensation

We offer you remuneration in pay group 10 according to the collective agreement for public utilities (TV-V). Depending on individual qualifications, classification in a lower pay group may also be possible.
