Description

What You Will Be Doing with Us

  • Independently preparing tender documents and contract design, executing procurement procedures in the field of freelance and engineering services

  • Independently analysing participation documents, conducting procurement negotiations to achieve economic procurement decisions

  • Managing amendments independently

  • Market research and supplier management

  • Conducting necessary coordination and cross-functional consultations for strategic procurement decisions

  • Collaborating in cross-team projects, e.g., customer orientation, process management, developing optimal IT applications for procurement

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Master's in Industrial Engineering (Construction) with relevant professional experience

  • Alternatively: Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience as a project or specialist planner in urban civil engineering/network construction, complex engineering/plant construction, and building construction with in-depth knowledge of HOAI and contract and tender law

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience as a project or specialist planner in urban civil engineering, complex engineering/plant construction, and building construction

  • In-depth knowledge of HOAI, as well as construction contract law, general contract law, all relevant laws such as GWB (Part 4), VgV, SektVO, VOB / VOL, ULV, UVgO, ABau, RBBau

  • Excellent knowledge of all MS Office applications, AVA programs, and eProcurement management applications

  • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, structured thinking, independent work style, and negotiation skills

Compensation

We offer remuneration in accordance with pay group 12 under the Tarifvertrag Versorgungsbetriebe (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification in a lower pay group is possible.
