Description
For my care office in Reinickendorf, I am immediately looking for an
**Office Assistant (m/f/d) **to strengthen our team in the areas of assistance and secretarial work
in part-time with the possibility of increasing the weekly working hours later.
My Activity:
I undertake legal guardianships for adults who, due to a disability or illness, cannot fully manage their legal matters on their own. My tasks include securing social services, organising aid and care services, implementing compulsory measures under the Guardianship Act, and managing financial and administrative affairs in severe crises. I represent the legal interests of my clients in various areas. The goal is to find individual solutions and offer support to clients in all matters.
Your tasks will include:
- Support in daily operations
- Document management and data maintenance
- Preparation and submission of applications to authorities for clients
- Independent office organisation
- Internal and external correspondence: You act as an interface to clients, authorities, doctors, relatives, courts, and other institutions, ensuring smooth communication both in writing and over the phone
- Applying to authorities as well as office organisation and communication with clients and institutions
What you bring:
- You have several years of experience as an office assistant with customer contact OR
- You have a qualification in commercial, care, business administration, or educational fields. Initial professional experience is advantageous but not required.
- Important to me is your readiness and enthusiasm for continuing education in professional guardianship, enabling you to take on more responsibility continuously.
- You possess strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- You have good skills and experience with Word, Outlook, and modern office technology.
- You can communicate well in German, both orally and in writing.
- You are insightful and distinguished by a high level of responsibility.
- A structured and independent work style is second nature to you.

- Part-time employment (24 hours/week)
- During the training period, work hours are distributed over a 5-day week and afterwards are flexible upon individual arrangement.
- There is an option to increase working hours per week after training - up to full-time employment.

Payment
- Starting salary €15 per hour
- After the probation period €16 per hour
- Each stage of continued training in "Professional Guardianship " includes a planned salary increase. (The training is paid for.)
- If you have already completed training as a professional guardian, we will agree on the salary individually.
