Independent handling of error notifications in Oscare®
Customer management at the service centre information desk
Issuing certificates

Training as a social insurance specialist in health insurance
Alternatively, training as a healthcare clerk or a similar qualification
Service and market-oriented work approach
Good communication skills

💶 Salary between 46,300 EUR and 52,000 EUR, depending on experience, including Christmas and holiday bonuses
