Your Responsibilities:

• As a passionate host and motivating leader, you will transform “your” restaurant into the social hub of your area every day.
  

• You will share responsibility for all operational processes, ensure high-quality standards, efficient and sustainable use of resources, and the implementation of our service philosophy.
  

What We Expect From You:

• Your personality is characterized by friendliness, openness, and a strong service orientation to provide our guests with the BLOCK HOUSE EXPERIENCE.
  

• A completed education as a specialist in system catering, restaurant specialist, or hotel expert is desirable but not mandatory.
  

• Ideally, you have several years of experience in the culinary environment and may have already gained initial leadership experience, for example, as a Duty Manager (CvD).
  

• You are willing to learn and flexible regarding early and late shifts, including weekends, and you enjoy communicating with both guests and employees equally.
  

• Fluent German and good English skills are necessary to provide excellent guest service.
