Dental Assistant for Back Office and Reception (m/f/d)

Would you like to work in a modern dental practice at the reception and in the back office? At MEINDENTIST and KINDERDENTIST, you ensure friendly contact with patients and support the smooth running of the practice.

• Handle messages and inquiries, such as emails, online bookings, and tickets from the telephone system

• Make return calls

• Remind patients of appointments via phone

• Maintain and update patient data in the practice management system

• Manage no-show entries

• Support the reception and practice team with administrative tasks

• Welcome and assist patients at the front desk

• Conduct check-in and check-out procedures

• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointment cancellations

• Ensure a clean and tidy reception area

• Completed training as a dental or medical assistant desirable

• Work experience in administration or healthcare advantageous

• Excellent communication skills

• Friendly and service-oriented demeanour

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and set priorities

• Organisational talent and attention to detail

• Proficiency in German, both written and spoken

• Confidential handling of data and compliance with data protection regulations
