In water supply, we ensure the treatment and distribution of drinking water in Berlin and are responsible for the construction, operation, and maintenance of pipes, pumping stations, and waterworks.
Description
What you will achieve with us
Identify and assess meter readings in the supply area
Conduct regular shaft and basement readings
Electronically record and assess reading results
Resolve discrepancies with customers and identify potential causes
Handle invoice disputes for clarification
Requirements
What you bring
Completed technical vocational training with basic knowledge in accounting
Alternatively: Completed commercial vocational training with basic technical knowledge of water meter systems and drinking water installation regulations, including water hygiene
Knowledge of the regulations for drinking water supply DIN EN 806 Part 1-5
Experience with electronic data collection devices and basic knowledge of GDPR
Proficiency in MS Office
Driving license class B
Communication skills, confident appearance, commitment, and a high level of customer orientation
Required driving license

Compensation
We offer you compensation in salary group 5 according to the Tarifvertrag Versorgungsbetriebe (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, categorisation into a lower salary group is possible. Additionally, a bonus payment according to TV-V is provided.
