• You will review applications in the areas of household help, maternity benefits, children's sick pay, and exemption from co-payments.

• You will also manage the AOK additional benefits.

• You ensure communication with customers across various channels.

• In Oscare® you independently handle alerts from your inbox.

• You are responsible for customer management in the service centre and issue certificates.

• You are a qualified social insurance clerk in the field of health insurance.

• Alternatively, you are a business administrator in healthcare or have a comparable qualification.

• Service and market orientation comes naturally to you.

• You stand out with your excellent communication skills.
