Here, you work in Bistro 09 at the heart of the BVB community. You prepare cold dishes and, together with the kitchen team, ensure smooth lunch and dinner operations.

• Prepare and present cold dishes such as salads and desserts in an appealing way

• Ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation

• Guide kitchen assistants and oversee their work professionally

• Check stock requirements and inspect deliveries upon receipt

• Maintain quality standards and hygiene regulations according to the HACCP concept

• Completed training as a cook

• Professional experience in the À-la-carte sector, ideally as a Chef de Partie

• Good knowledge of hygiene regulations according to the HACCP concept

• High quality awareness, creativity, and attention to detail

• Reliable, structured, and independent work style

• Fluent verbal communication in German

• Willingness to work weekends and evenings
