Become part of the Technical Service team. We are the backbone for all functioning processes and facilities, ensuring that the supply and disposal infrastructure, area and facility management, and all vehicles run smoothly for Berlin.
Description
Your Responsibilities with Us
Handling all vehicle service topics such as vehicle registration and deregistration, establishing insurance coverage, commissioning car appraisals, applying for, managing, and issuing fuel cards, accident processing, applying for special and exceptional permits
Maintaining the vehicle master and movement data of all BWB vehicles in the vehicle master data manager
Determining and procuring the BWB-wide need for services for smooth vehicle operation and initiating orders including goods receipt posting,
Supporting those responsible for vehicles and management in tasks related to vehicle holder liability
Requirements
Your Profile
Business Economist in Automotive or Business Administrator with relevant comprehensive knowledge in job-related tasks
Alternatively: Office Communication/Management Clerk or Industrial Clerk with automotive knowledge and relevant comprehensive knowledge in job-related tasks
Required: Advanced knowledge of MS Office and the SAP modules PM / MM / CO / FI
Desirable: Knowledge of procurement and tendering guidelines, technical understanding in the field of vehicles, knowledge of asset accounting, and laws such as StVG, StVO, and StVZO
Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, high degree of independence, and excellent communication skills

Compensation
We offer you a salary according to pay scale group 8 of the TV-V (Collective Agreement for Utility Companies). Depending on personal qualifications, classification into a lower pay group may also be possible.
