  • You are responsible for customer management in the service centre and issue certificates.

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a social insurance specialist in the health insurance field or as a businessperson in the healthcare industry.

  • Alternatively, you possess a comparable qualification.
  • You work in a service- and market-oriented manner.
  • Your communication skills are excellent.
