Shift Manager in Service (m/w/d)

Located directly at the Landungsbrücken with an unobstructed view of the Hamburg Harbour, BLOCKBRÄU combines traditional brewing with modern gastronomy. Our beer is brewed on-site, and together with regional specialties, we ensure unique experiences for our guests from around the world every day. To keep everything running smoothly, we are looking for you as a Shift Manager in Service (m/w/d) for a full-time position as soon as possible.

Your Tasks – Keeping Us on Course

• As a Shift Manager, you are responsible for ensuring smooth service operations and leading your team with clarity, an overview, and a passion for gastronomy.

• You independently manage the daily operations in service

• You lead, motivate, and develop your team during ongoing operations

• You ensure compliance with our service and quality standards

• You are a dedicated host and provide a first-class guest experience

• You assist with and are responsible for events and functions on-site

What You Bring

• Completed training in hospitality or hotel management

• Several years of experience in a high-traffic establishment

• Leadership experience and enthusiasm for team development and management

• Confident demeanour, organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility

• Good knowledge of German and English
