• Provide consultation to employees on information and communication technology questions

• Ensure the smooth usability of IT applications

• Receive service and support requests

• Conduct first and second level support on-site, via phone, or remote access

• Administer hardware and software systems

• Instruct employees in the use of communication devices

• Implement organisational and technical changes in the field of information and communication technology

• Completed training as an IT specialist

• At least one year of work experience in the relevant field

• Driving licence class 3 or B

• Proficient German language skills at least B2/C1 level
