Description
What You Will Do with Us
Independently develop tender concepts, draft commercial and legal contracts, and execute key procurement measures across various product categories in the supply/service sector (e.g., operating materials, waste management services, professional services, IT, and energy) with a procurement volume of approximately EUR 10-20 million per year, acting as a flexible support for the category-specific buyers.
Independently design and award strategic special procurements in the department (e.g., novel requirements, innovative tender concepts, long-term contracts).
Conduct active knowledge transfer with departments, category-specific buyers, and department management about the tenders undertaken.
Support and implement category strategies.
Independently analyse offers and conduct procurement negotiations to achieve the most economical awarding decisions.
Responsible for procurement market research, conducting necessary consultations and cross-functional discussions to make strategic procurement decisions.
Participate in cross-team projects.
Requirements
Your Qualifications
Master's in Procurement & Logistics or Master's in Industrial Engineering with extensive knowledge of relevant tasks.
Alternatively: Master's in Administrative Management, Master's in Business Administration, Law degree, or first state exam in Law with extensive knowledge of relevant tasks.
Several years of experience in strategic procurement, expert knowledge of strategic purchasing, procurement law (GWB, VgV, SektVO, VOB, UVgO, BerlAVG, VwVBU), and contract law.
Expert knowledge of all MS Office applications.
Expert ERP application knowledge.
Very good understanding of procurement processes and standards.
Expert knowledge of eProcurement management applications.
Expert knowledge of SAP modules related to procurement.
Negotiation skills, strong communication abilities, and assertiveness.
Strategic, solution-oriented, and cross-functional approach to work.
What We Offer
Compensation
We offer you compensation in pay group 12 according to the collective agreement for public utilities (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification may occur in a lower pay group.
