We, at the sewage treatment plants, ensure the professional annual cleaning of over 250 million m³ of wastewater for Berlin and the surrounding area. Together with our commercial and administrative colleagues, we guarantee effective wastewater treatment.

Description

What You Will Do With Us

  • Operate, monitor, and control process engineering systems in control centres

  • Inspect and document compliance with legal requirements, standards, regulatory conditions, and process engineering specifications through on-site inspections

  • Supply and dispose of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and operating supplies, monitor stock levels, and initiate necessary orders in a timely manner

  • Conduct analyses for complex disruptions, assess damage scope and repair status, and, if necessary, request targeted support

  • Perform necessary deactivations and reactivations of units to remedy disruptions, check the implementation of determined actions

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Qualified specialist in wastewater technology with several years of relevant experience in the field or disposal specialist with several years of relevant experience

  • Alternatively: Plant mechanic with several years of relevant experience or mechatronics technician with several years of relevant experience

Technical Knowledge:

  • Extensive knowledge in the process of wastewater treatment and sludge management

  • Understanding of water treatment processes

  • System knowledge such as PI, SAP PM (damage reports)

  • Requirement: Class B driving licence

  • Electrically instructed person

Competencies:

  • Effective and efficient working methods and commitment

  • Reliability, conscientiousness, and strong teamwork skills

Required driving license

  • Car (B, BF17, BE)

Compensation

We offer you a salary in pay group 7 according to the Collective Agreement for Utilities (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification in a lower pay group may also occur.

Additionally, a supplement is paid according to TV-V.
