What to expect:

Start your 2-year training at BLOCK HOUSE and get to know all areas of a modern restaurant—from the kitchen and grill to service. You will work directly in the team, take on responsibility, and develop professionally and personally.

• You will learn to professionally take care of guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages confidently.
• You will actively contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere in the restaurant.
• You will work closely with the kitchen and service teams and gradually grow into your role.

What you bring:

• Enjoyment of dealing with guests and a positive, warm appearance
• First school-leaving certificate (ESA) or comparable qualification
• Motivation, commitment, and ideally some initial practical experience in gastronomy or retail

Training framework & remuneration

Collective agreement-based remuneration (DEHOGA):
1st year: 900 € gross
2nd year: 980 € gross
• 26 days of holiday per year
• Additional benefits: annual bonus, holiday pay, capital-forming benefits
• Training duration: 2 years
