Machine Operator / Assistant (m/f/d) Production 3-Shift

We are looking for you to join our team in Georgensgmünd as a Machine Operator/Assistant in a full-time, 3-shift system.

• Operate and monitor modern production and filling systems

• Independently commission production lines and tanks

• Check formulations, batch numbers, and production orders

• Set up and control labels, batch numbers, and expiry dates

• Monitor filling quantities and conduct weight checks

• Perform quality controls and sampling during production

• Identify and rectify minor disturbances in the systems

• Document production and quality data

• Adhere to quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental standards

• Inspect systems after cleaning and modification

• Instruct and support new employees

• Operate the operational data acquisition system (BDE)

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area

• Technical understanding and interest in production systems

• Initial production experience is advantageous but not required

• Motivation to advance to a machine operator role

• Ability to understand technical processes and fix minor faults

• Awareness of quality, hygiene, and safety

• Independent and responsible work ethic

• Teamwork, reliability, and commitment

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system

• German language skills for work instructions and safety regulations

• A forklift licence is beneficial but not essential
