Description

What You Will Be Doing with Us

  • Managing a dedicated client base of approximately 300 customers, such as large industrial/commercial enterprises and swimming pools, which do not conform to standard billing procedures and are characterised by a unique, sometimes complex, situation in water supply and/or wastewater disposal.

  • Determining the annual wastewater volume that the customer demonstrably does not discharge into the sewerage system and carrying out the necessary commercial corrections to the billing.

  • Conducting on-site inspections.

  • Evaluating technical documentation and advising on technical solutions for determining drainage volumes.

  • Analysing the process technologies of industrial and commercial clients.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Water Management, Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering, and relevant job-related experience

  • Alternatively: Technician in the aforementioned fields and relevant job-related experience

  • Advanced and secure technical knowledge in water management (drinking water production, construction and operation of water treatment and wastewater treatment plants, as well as process-related water treatment plants for technological processes)

  • Strong knowledge of business metrics and the application of controlling instruments

  • Highly developed communication skills and a strong service orientation

  • Ability to work under challenging conditions and willingness to constructively implement feedback

  • Strong moderation skills and competence in building and maintaining networks

What We Offer

Compensation

We offer a salary in pay group 11 according to the Collective Agreement for Utility Companies (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification into a lower pay group may be possible.
