Description
TELUS Digital AI is seeking Community Safety Representatives for our Leipzig location. In this role, you will protect the community on a popular short video platform by reviewing content and ensuring its safety. You will actively contribute to creating a respectful and compliant environment for all users.

Review videos, comments, photos, and live streams according to established guidelines
Identify sensitive or inappropriate content and take suitable actions
Maintain accuracy and comply with high quality standards in your work
Add relevant tags and metadata, and report potentially risky content to the team responsible
Contribute your own suggestions to improve processes and workflows
Identify patterns and help detect potential risks early
Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure consistent review standards
Stay informed about platform updates and new moderation trends through regular training

Requirements
You have a good technical foundation and are familiar with social media platforms
Working independently and quickly adapting to new processes is second nature to you
Remain calm and professional even in emotionally challenging situations
Objectivity and impartiality define your work style
You work in a structured manner
conscientiously and strictly adhere to guidelines
Critical thinking helps you
make informed decisions
You bring a positive team attitude and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
A respectful and professional approach to colleagues is natural for you
Experience in community moderation is advantageous
but not essential
You have at least a school certificate like the Abitur or an equivalent qualification
Handling sensitive content does not bother you
You are familiar with pop culture
current topics and particularities of the German-speaking area
A full-time training of up to four weeks is no issue for you
You are prepared
to work in Leipzig throughout the entire period – including during training
