Field Enforcement Officer (m/f/d)

As an enforcement officer, you significantly contribute to the financial stability of AOK Niedersachsen. Your responsibilities include handling enforcement orders in a service-oriented and conclusive manner.

• You work closely with internal departments and customer service to receive enforcement orders.
  

• You independently carry out enforcement actions, including important activities to identify debtors.
  

• You document all enforcement actions and the resulting fees in the debtor's account.
  

• You utilise acquisition opportunities and collect referral addresses for sales.
  

• You have training as a social insurance specialist or extensive experience in enforcement, as well as training in administration or justice.
  

• You hold a Class B driving licence and present yourself confidently.
  

• You are articulate and assertive.
