Field Enforcement Officer (m/w/d)

As an Enforcement Officer, you significantly contribute to the financial stability of AOK Niedersachsen. Your responsibilities include handling enforcement orders in a service-oriented and conclusive manner.

• You work closely with the back-office departments and customer service to receive enforcement orders.
  

• You independently carry out enforcement actions, including important activities to identify debtors.
  

• You document all enforcement actions and resulting fees in the debtor's account.
  

• You leverage acquisition opportunities and gather referral addresses for sales.
  

• You have training as a social insurance specialist or extensive experience in enforcement, with training in administration or the judiciary.
  

• You possess a Class B driving licence and have a confident appearance.
  

• You are articulate and assertive.
