As a Software Engineering Team Lead (m/w/d), you will lead a team of developers in agile Scrum teams. You will foster collaboration, technical quality, and continuous improvement, and create innovative software solutions with your team.
Description
Leading a team of developers in agile Scrum teams
Building a culture of collaboration, safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
Coaching and mentoring team members for professional and personal development
Promoting technical excellence and good collaboration within and between teams
Working closely with Product Owners to prioritise and implement requirements
Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle: from requirements through design and architecture to development, testing, and operations
Supporting architectural decisions and contributing to the technical strategy
Developing effective and sustainable technical solutions
Responsibility for personnel processes such as recruiting, feedback discussions, and career development of team members
Requirements
Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a similar field
Initial leadership experience in software development
Solid knowledge of modern programming languages, especially C# or Java
Experience with agile methodologies
Analytical approach to solving technical problems
Ability to clearly explain complex technical issues
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Fluent in German and English
