As a water supply company, we ensure the treatment and distribution of drinking water in Berlin and are responsible for the construction, operation, and maintenance of pipes, pumping stations, and waterworks.

Description

What You'll Achieve with Us:

  • Developing, maintaining, and improving the integrated management systems according to DIN ISO EN 9001, DIN ISO EN 45001, and DIN ISO EN 14001.

  • Assisting with conducting internal and external audits.

  • Coordinating approval management for water supply and managing document administration.

  • Coordinating all measures and activities for improving QM/UM systems and implementing them.

  • Initiating and overseeing environmental and quality improvement projects on site.

  • Planning, overseeing, and implementing employee training and development.

  • Contributing to the resolution of quality management issues.

Requirements

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in process engineering, civil and pipeline construction with practical knowledge relevant to the position.

  • Alternatively: Technician in process engineering, civil and pipeline construction or equivalent education with extensive relevant experience as a QM officer.

  • Certified Quality Management Officer.

  • Extensive knowledge in business/organizational contexts as well as several years of practical experience in a utility company.

  • In-depth knowledge of certification according to ISO DIN EN 9001, 14001, and 45001.

  • Good knowledge of legal frameworks such as occupational safety, fire protection, basic law, criminal law, and hazardous substances law.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • High level of initiative, responsibility, and independence.

We offer you a remuneration in pay group 10 according to the Collective Agreement for Public Utilities (TV-V). Depending on your personal qualifications, a classification in a lower pay group may also occur.
