Your Responsibilities:

• As a passionate host and motivating leader, you will transform "your" restaurant into the social hub of your community every day

• You will be co-responsible for all operational procedures, ensuring high-quality standards, efficient and sustainable use of resources, and the implementation of our service philosophy

We Expect:

• Your personality is marked by friendliness, openness, and a strong service orientation to provide our guests with the BLOCK HOUSE FEELING

• A completed apprenticeship as a specialist in system gastronomy, restaurant specialist, or hotel specialist is desirable but not essential

• Ideally, you have several years of experience in the gastronomy sector and may have already gained initial leadership experience, for example as a Duty Manager (CvD)

• You are willing to learn and flexible with regard to early and late shifts, including weekends, and you enjoy communicating with guests and colleagues alike

• Fluent German and good English language skills are necessary to provide optimal service to our guests
