We at the sewage disposal department ensure the removal of wastewater and rainwater from the entire Berlin area to the treatment plants. We build, operate, and maintain our sewers, sewage pressure lines, and pumping stations.

Description

Your Impact at Our Company

  • Drive various vehicles (including trailers) and operate special inspection technology, such as TV vehicles with PANORAMO inspection technology, HDSR vehicles, and leak test vehicles

  • Conduct inspections and renovations of facilities

  • Ensure the safety of the operation site against accident hazards

  • Determine the appropriate materials to use for the inspection, leak testing, and renovation technology

  • Install technology according to manufacturer instructions in sewage systems and monitor the operation site and the functionality of the technology

  • Perform dismantling, removal, and cleaning of the technology

  • Prepare and follow up with the vehicles: Perform maintenance, servicing, minor repairs, and functionality checks

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Qualified in sewer, canal, and industrial services with strong knowledge of relevant tasks

  • Alternatively: Completed technical training (industrial mechanic or specialist in wastewater technology or professional driver) with in-depth knowledge relevant to the position

  • Class CE driving licence

  • Excellent knowledge of relevant software (e.g., inspection software, UBI, geographic information systems)

  • Extensive knowledge of inspection technology

  • Understanding of sewage discharge systems from an operational perspective

  • Leak testing course or similar qualification

  • Knowledge of environmental protection and occupational safety

  • High customer orientation, strong teamwork skills, and reliability

Required driving license

  • Truck (C, CE, C1, C1E)

What We Offer

Compensation

We offer a salary in pay grade 6 according to the TV-V collective agreement. Depending on personal qualifications, placement in a lower pay grade may occur. Additionally, there is a supplement according to TV-V.

If you do not have the required C/CE driving licence, we can provide training.
