Do you want to take on responsibility and see every day what you achieve with your team? As the Team Lead for Poster Management & Cleaning, you ensure our city furniture in Cologne and the surrounding area is clean, well-maintained, and promptly posted. In doing so, you actively shape the cityscape.

Description

  • Lead the Poster Management and Cleaning team both professionally and personally

  • Be the point of contact for currently 12 team members

  • Plan team assignments

  • Coordinate the fleet and order materials

  • Ensure city furniture is posted and cleaned on time and tidily

  • Improve processes with the operations management

  • Ensure quality standards and occupational safety

  • Create reports for operations and regional management

  • Coordinate service and subcontractors

  • Collaborate with teams in the Cologne branch and the sales team

  • Act as deputy for the Technical Team Lead

Requirements

  • Completed training and further education as a technician or master craftsman

  • Alternatively, a degree as a business administrator or a similar qualification

  • Initial experience in team management

  • Motivating and solution-oriented leadership style

  • Ability to make clear and swift decisions

  • Confident and friendly communication at all levels of the hierarchy

  • Independent and responsible working style

  • Good quality awareness

  • Understanding of business figures and improvement opportunities

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

Required driving license

  • Car (B, BF17, BE)
