At our sewage plants, we ensure the professional cleaning of over 250 million m³ of wastewater annually for Berlin and its surroundings. Together with our commercial and administrative colleagues, we ensure wastewater treatment.

Description

What You Will Do With Us

  • Operate, monitor, and control process engineering plants in control rooms

  • Review and document compliance with legal requirements, standards, regulatory approvals, and process engineering specifications through on-site inspections

  • Manage the supply and disposal of raw, auxiliary, and operating materials and monitor inventory; initiate necessary orders in a timely manner

  • Conduct analyses of complex disturbances, assess the extent of damage and repair status, and request targeted assistance if needed

  • Perform necessary disconnections and connections, as well as commissioning and decommissioning of equipment for troubleshooting, and verify the implementation of specified measures

Requirements

Your Qualifications

Qualified wastewater technician with several years of solid experience in relevant tasks, supply and disposal professional with several years of solid experience in relevant tasks

Alternatively: Plant mechanic with several years of solid experience in relevant tasks or mechatronics technician with several years of solid experience in relevant tasks

Technical Knowledge:

  • Extensive knowledge in the process of wastewater treatment and sludge management

  • Knowledge of water treatment processes

  • Electrically trained personnel

  • System knowledge such as PI, SAP PM (damage reports)

  • Class B driving licence

Skills:

  • Effective and efficient working style and commitment

  • Reliability, conscientiousness, and strong teamwork skills

Required driving license

  • Car (B, BF17, BE)

Compensation

We offer compensation in pay group 7 according to the Supply Companies Collective Agreement (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification may be in a lower pay group.

Additionally, a premium is paid according to TV-V.
