We are looking for several committed trainees for Office Administration (m/f/d) at our Essen location starting on 1st September 2026.
Description
Your Training at Lowell:
You won't just learn theory during your training; you'll be actively involved from the start
You will discover the processes of our core business in debt management as well as banking and credit affairs
You will be placed in various departments such as Customer Management or Human Resources
You will support with organisational and commercial tasks during your daily work
You will receive customised support through further training initiatives
You will be personally mentored and participate in regular feedback meetings
You will work in a very positive work environment with flat hierarchies

Requirements
What you bring:
At least a secondary school leaving certificate with good grades
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good mathematical skills
Willingness to learn, reliability, flexibility, and commitment
Enjoy working with people, initiative, and a healthy self-confidence
