Intro

Would you like to support IT applications that are crucial in a bank every day? In this position, you will work in the C/S Applications team and support various areas of the bank in using applications like JIRA securely, stably, and appropriately for their tasks.

Description

  • Support and optimisation of operational applications, such as JIRA

  • Ensuring stable technical operations

  • Management of external service providers

  • Execution of IT security tasks (1st Line of Defense)

  • Support in 1st and 2nd level support

  • Analysis, resolution, and documentation of disruptions

  • Advising users on system extensions and conversions

  • Coordination of requirements with specialist departments

  • Planning, implementation, testing, and introduction of further developments

  • Executing release changes in standard software

  • Participation in the selection, procurement, and introduction of new applications

  • Involvement in projects and special measures

  • Assumption of project management or sub-project management tasks

  • Advising internal departments before project commencement

Requirements

  • A degree in computer science, business informatics, natural sciences, or economics with at least 3 years of professional experience

  • Alternatively, extensive professional experience in the described environment and relevant additional qualifications or certifications

  • Understanding of different requirements from various user groups

  • Experience in 1st and 2nd level support

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as DORA, is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of installation and administration of web and application servers

  • Good knowledge in IT security

  • Experience with relational databases like MS SQL and MySQL

  • Knowledge in modern software development

  • Understanding of central infrastructure services such as DNS

  • Initial experience in projects or project management is an advantage

  • Logical and analytical thinking

  • Structured and independent working style

  • Creativity and pragmatic solution finding

  • Initiative and sense of responsibility

  • Teamwork and good communication skills
