Description
You manage cases in a structured manner, ensuring all important information is fully recorded.
You document meticulously to ensure each case is transparent and traceable.
You provide initial information by phone about ongoing or new cases and answer general queries.
Requirements
You have completed vocational training or are currently studying business administration, economics, health sciences, or a comparable course.
You have good IT skills, for example, in MS Office, ideally also in SAP or oscare®.
You are flexible with your time and enjoy working in a team.
