Your Responsibilities:

• As an enthusiastic host and motivational leader, you transform "your" restaurant daily into a social hub in your area

• You share responsibility for all operational processes, maintain high-quality standards, ensure efficient and sustainable resource use, and implement our service philosophy

We Expect From You:

• Warmth, friendliness, and openness to provide our guests with the BLOCK HOUSE EXPERIENCE

• Successfully completed training as a specialist in system catering, restaurant management, or hospitality management

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the catering industry and initial leadership experience are required

• A friendly, open personality with strong service orientation

• Willingness to learn, resilience, flexibility, and high commitment

• Fluent German and good English skills
