Join the Technical Service team. We are the backbone for functioning processes and systems, ensuring that the supply and disposal infrastructure, area and building management, and all vehicles run smoothly for Berlin.

Description

What you will do with us:

  • Operation and maintenance of electrical systems in process technology, energy technology, and technical building equipment of sewage treatment plants

  • Conducting fault analysis on the complex process engineering systems of wastewater treatment

  • Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of switchgear and control systems, measurement technology as well as frequency converters

  • Performing fault analysis and rectification on signal assemblies within control engineering

  • Execution of initial and periodic inspections on electrical systems and equipment of all kinds

  • Review of EMSR documentation and creation of maintenance and inspection reports

Requirements

What you bring with you

  • Electronics technician for operating or plant engineering (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience

  • Alternatively: Electronics technician in energy and building technology (m/f/d), electronics technician for automation technology (m/f/d), energy electronics technician for operating or plant engineering (m/f/d), or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with several years of relevant professional experience and additional specialist training

  • Extensive relevant knowledge

  • Driver's license class B

  • Good PC/MS Office skills

  • Willingness for training and further education

  • Logical and analytical thinking, interdisciplinary approach, as well as communication and teamwork skills

Required driving license

  • Car (B, BF17, BE)

Compensation

We offer you remuneration in pay group 7 according to the collective agreement for public utilities (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification in a lower pay group may be possible. Additionally, there is an allowance paid according to TV-V.
