Description
Main Focus: Housing Procurement & Employee Accommodation. For Personalservice GmbH, a company of Foods AG, we are seeking a dedicated part-time Real Estate Management Clerk (m/w/d) with a strong hands-on approach. In this diverse position, you will be responsible for the procurement, management, and maintenance of housing for our employees. You will be the primary contact for landlords, authorities, service providers, and residents, ensuring that housing is provided as needed, legally compliant, and efficient.
Your Responsibilities:Actively search for, acquire, and mediate suitable housing for employees
Build and maintain a robust network with landlords, housing companies, agents, authorities, and service providers
Plan and allocate rooms and apartments as needed
Draft and manage rental, usage, and occupancy contracts
Organise, procure, and coordinate furnishing of apartments and rooms
Monitor and maintain apartments
Plan, schedule, and accompany administrative visits
Assist with official applications and procedures, particularly regarding housing eligibility certificates and registration matters
Oversee move-ins and move-outs and conduct apartment handovers. Coordinate and perform facility tasks, such as water readings, deficiency management, and maintenance
Ensure professional support for residents and handle housing-related enquiries
Work closely with internal departments and external partners
You Offer Us:
Successfully completed training or a degree in real estate, housing management, facility management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in real estate management, housing management, or the housing industry
Experience in housing procurement and dealing with landlords and housing companies
Knowledge of tenancy law and ideally experience with housing eligibility certificates and official procedures
Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to work
Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and confident presence
High service orientation and enjoyment in working with diverse people and cultures
A hands-on mentality and willingness to independently take on operational tasks
Good MS Office skills
Driver's licence Class B
