Your Responsibilities:

• As a passionate host and motivational leader, you turn “your” restaurant into the social hub of your area every day
  

• You share responsibility for all operational processes, ensure high-quality standards, efficient and sustainable resource use, and implement our service philosophy
  

We Expect from You:

• Warmth, friendliness, and openness to share the BLOCK HOUSE EXPERIENCE with our guests
  

• Successfully completed training as a specialist in system gastronomy, restaurant specialist, or hotel specialist
  

• At least 3 years of experience in the gastronomy sector and initial leadership experience are essential
  

• A friendly, approachable personality with a strong service orientation
  

• Willingness to learn, resilience, flexibility, and high commitment
  

• Fluency in German and good English skills
