Continuous Improvement Expert (f/m/d)

Sartorius develops technologies that help bring new drugs to people faster. We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Expert at our Guxhagen site to enhance processes and make production work more efficient.

• Analyse processes using statistical methods and Lean tools, such as VSM

• Identify measuring points along the entire value chain

• Early detection of capacity losses

• Reduce waste and improve yield

• Train employees in Continuous Improvement

• Plan and implement improvement projects with other departments

• Collect and evaluate key data for shop floor management

• Train leaders in the use of Lean and statistical tools

• Facilitate workshops and team training

• Completed university degree in engineering, technology, or supply chain

• Experience in process improvement, Lean management, and/or Six Sigma

• Good knowledge of project management

• Ability to motivate teams for continuous improvement

• Analytical approach and proficient with data

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluency in English
