At Berliner Wasserbetriebe, you will ensure Berlin is safely supplied with water and our wastewater is disposed of each day. You'll be employed in a critical operational function, meaning your work keeps Berlin's water and wastewater running smoothly.
Description
Your Start with Us
The programme runs from 01.12.2026 to 31.05.2027.
For three days a week, you will work in a critical operational function at Berliner Wasserbetriebe: You will get to know our work, our teams, and various technical tasks.
Additionally, you will receive support with your German and your professional start in Germany.
Your Role with Us
During your practical days, you will work in an area that suits you.
You will work on our water and wastewater networks.
You will inspect pipes and technical systems.
If there are damages or disruptions, you will help resolve the problem quickly.
Requirements
You have a technical or trade qualification, for example in electrical engineering, metalworking, environmental technology, or logistics.
You already live in Germany.
You ideally speak German at B2 level.
A driving licence class B is advantageous but not essential.
You are willing to work in shifts in some areas of deployment.
