In our accredited laboratory, we examine 63,000 water samples annually from waterworks, sewage plants, and the pipeline network, process the data, and thus ensure the highest water quality.
Description
Your Impact at Our Company
Independently analyse wastewater and sludge samples using various analytical methods (e.g., discrete analyser, ion chromatography, steam distillation, titration)
Ensure quality and validate analytical results
Maintain and service analytical equipment, including device management and troubleshooting
Plan samples for analysis in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
Support group leadership in work organisation
Communicate with technologists and operational services
Requirements
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biology or a comparable field with relevant professional knowledge
Alternatively: Technician in Chemistry or Biology with additional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's level (e.g., chromatography, instrumental analysis, mass spectrometry, and quality assurance)
Extensive practical experience in conducting analytical procedures (e.g., IC, BODn, TOC/DOC, COD)
Strong knowledge in quality assurance of analytical methods in accredited laboratories
In-depth knowledge in sewage plant analysis, troubleshooting, and error finding on analytical devices
Experience in implementing and validating analytical methods would be desirable

We offer compensation in pay group 9 according to the Collective Agreement for Utility Companies (TV-V). Depending on individual qualifications, classification in a lower pay group may apply.
