Branch Manager Car Rental (m/f/d)

Our fleet includes more than 250,000 vehicles, with a growing share of electric vehicles.

We are looking for you to manage our branch in Lübeck full-time.

• Independently manage the branch and use key figures for continuous optimisation

• Lead, motivate, and train your local team – especially in service quality, upselling, and damage management

• Be actively involved in recruitment and ensure excellent onboarding of new team members

• Ensure excellent customer service and look after existing customers

• Be responsible for the management of the vehicle fleet and coordinate external service providers

• Ensure smooth operational processes at your location

• Passion for cars

• Several years of experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in car rental, retail, hospitality, or gastronomy

• Initial experience in team management and the ability to motivate and develop teams

• Results-driven thinking, service-oriented actions, and strong organisational skills
