Customer Advisor (m/f/d) Customer Service South

Join AOK Niedersachsen and assist policyholders with important health and insurance questions. As part of a strong team, you will advise customers and contribute to the successful development of the health insurance fund.

• Provide personal advice to clients as well as advice via phone and email

• Support with questions about services, insurance, and other topics related to AOK

• Consider individual customer needs in your consultations

• Present appropriate additional offers from AOK

• Attract new clients to strengthen the competitive position

• Training as a Social Insurance Specialist or Business Administrator in Healthcare with 3 years of experience in social insurance

• Good knowledge of performance and insurance law of a statutory health insurance company

• Alternatively, a commercial training or training as a tax, administrative, legal, or notary assistant

• Willingness to participate in the qualification programme for career changers

• Ideally, experience in personal customer consultation
