Description

We, the Technical Management team, ensure wastewater distribution for Berlin & its surrounding areas through our Divisions for Operations & Infrastructure, Process Management & Operations Data, Plant Expansion, Wastewater Management, and Control Systems.

What You Will Achieve with Us
------------------------------

* Development, planning, review, and coordination of particularly complex investment projects in wastewater disposal with overarching strategic significance to ensure economic and disruption-free wastewater treatment
* Initiation of needs assessments and creation of complex project definitions for strategic investment measures (including new facilities and treatment stages)
* Review of particularly complex construction design documents, execution drawings, and process flow diagrams for construction projects in the pumping and treatment plant sectors
* Analysis of deviations from the desired state
* Contribution to the development of site development concepts
* Advising the organisational unit on strategic issues

What You Bring Along

* Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering in Construction, Urban Water Management, Environmental Engineering, or Civil Engineering with solid knowledge in job-relevant tasks
* Alternatively: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering in Construction, Urban Water Management, or Civil Engineering with solid knowledge in job-relevant tasks
* Relevant experience in the implementation of complex construction projects
* Specific knowledge of process sequences and technical equipment in the area of wastewater disposal
* Extensive knowledge of plant construction in water management
* Good business management knowledge
* Knowledge in the fields of construction law, environmental protection, and occupational safety
* Knowledge of the Water Resources Act and State Water Act
* Analytical thinking, result orientation, and strong team and communication skills
