Partial Project Management for Testing & Quality Assurance in SAPS/4HANA Staff Project (m/f/d)

The Information Technology department provides all IT services for the Berliner Wasserbetriebe and companies of the Berlinwasser Group. Through two modern data centres and an innovative communication infrastructure, IT drives the digital future.

What you will achieve with us

• Lead the sub-project of Testing and Quality Assurance concerning time, budget, and quality

• Establish and manage a centralised test management system including test strategy, test phases, and defect management

• Coordinate all technical test activities with development, infrastructure, and interfaces

• Ensure stable test environments and technical test capabilities (systems, data, performance)

• Evaluate and follow up on test results, risks, and defects, and derive actions

• Prepare the technical go-live readiness including reporting, decision documents, and quality assurance

Your profile

• Master's degree in IT project and process management, business informatics, IT management, or business administration, along with relevant professional experience as a project manager/IT project manager in SAP projects

• Alternatively: Bachelor's degree in the aforementioned fields with relevant professional experience and additional knowledge equivalent to a Master's level

• Training in moderation and project management

• Process analysis, modelling (especially BPM notations), and consulting

• Strong business and process understanding of the sub-project managed

• Extensive knowledge in conflict and change management, assertiveness, and decision-making skills

Compensation

We offer you a compensation package based on pay group 12 according to the Collective Agreement for Public Service Providers (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, a lower pay group may also be applicable.
