Your Responsibilities:

• As a dedicated host and motivational leader, you transform "your" restaurant into the social hub of your community every day

• You share responsibility for all operational processes, ensure high-quality standards, use resources efficiently and sustainably, and implement our service philosophy

What We Expect from You:

• Your personality is marked by friendliness, openness, and a strong service orientation to provide our guests with the BLOCK HOUSE EXPERIENCE

• An education as a specialist in system catering, restaurant specialist, or hotel specialist is desirable but not mandatory

• Ideally, you have a few years of professional experience in the hospitality sector and perhaps some initial leadership experience, such as a duty manager

• You're willing to learn and flexible regarding early and late shifts, including weekends, and you enjoy interacting with guests and staff alike

• Fluent German and good English skills are necessary to provide optimal guest service
