In the heart of Hamburg, a family-run hotel awaits you with great passion for its guests. We are looking for a motivated and warm service staff (m/w/d) who enjoys working with people and has good knowledge of wine and bar work.

• Serve guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Advise guests on dishes, wine, and other beverages

• Confidently manage your own station

• Assist at the bar and prepare drinks

• Prepare everything for work at the bar

• Adhere to the hotel's quality standards and service procedures

• Ensure smooth operations in the restaurant

• Good knowledge of wine and other beverages

• Training as a sommelier is advantageous but not necessary

• Good knowledge at the bar and enjoyment of mixing drinks

• A well-groomed appearance and a positive demeanour

• Enjoy working as part of a team

• Commitment and resilience

• Good knowledge of German or English
