Your tasks:

• As a passionate host and motivating leader, you transform "your" restaurant daily into the social hub of your community
  

• You share responsibility for all operational processes, ensuring high-quality standards, efficient and sustainable use of resources, and the implementation of our service philosophy
  

We expect from you:

• Your personality is characterized by friendliness, openness, and a strong service orientation to give our guests the BLOCK HOUSE FEELING
  

• An apprenticeship as a specialist in system catering, restaurant management, or hotel management is desirable but not mandatory
  

• Ideally, you have several years of experience in the hospitality sector and perhaps initial leadership experience, for example, as a Duty Manager (CvD).
  

• You possess a willingness to learn and flexibility for early and late shifts, including weekends, and enjoy communicating with guests and employees
  

• Fluent German and good English skills are necessary to provide our guests with optimal service.
