To strengthen our Customer Centricity department, we are looking for a
Customer Experience Manager Digital Transformation (m/f/d)
who will actively shape our lead-to-cash processes (from lead generation to invoicing) and manage digital projects.
The Role: • Planning and managing projects within our Customer-Centricity strategy, focusing on lead-to-cash • Collecting, assessing, and prioritising requirements from sales, service, finance, and IT • Coordinating cross-functional project teams and external service providers • Designing and optimising processes and deriving technical requirements for CRM, ERP, and billing systems • Preparing and moderating project meetings, workshops, and steering committees
The Profile: • Completed studies (Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Customer Experience or similar) or comparable commercial training with additional qualifications • 3–5 years of professional experience in project or process management, ideally in lead-to-cash/sales or finance environment • Experience with traditional and agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) • Good understanding of IT systems, interfaces, and data flows (CRM, ERP, billing, reporting) • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with high communication and moderation proficiency in German and English
