Pipeline Specialist for Specialised Technology (m/f/d)

What You Will Do With Us

You will carry out civil engineering and pipeline works according to the guidelines of the construction management and in compliance with technical regulations. This includes, for example:

• Maintenance and repair work on drinking water network facilities, including trench construction

• Operating vehicles, possibly with trailers, and construction machinery following appropriate instructions/training

• Documenting changes to the facilities by creating installation plans and measurements

• Operating valves in the drinking water distribution system, such as shutdowns and flushings

Your Qualifications

• Completed training in a relevant field of road, civil or pipeline construction, or in metal processing/public utilities with solid practical knowledge in the relevant tasks

• Driving licence class C1 or higher, and construction machinery certificates

• Flexibility in terms of work location for deployment throughout Berlin

• GW 330 welding certificate

• Knowledge about civil engineering according to DIN 4124 and traffic safety according to RSA 21

• Reliability, physical resilience for tasks and duties, and ability to work in a team

Compensation

We offer you remuneration in pay group 6 according to the collective agreement for public utilities (TV-V). Depending on your personal qualifications, classification in a lower pay group may occur. Additionally, a supplement is paid according to TV-V.
