Welcome to AOK Niedersachsen. In customer service, you will advise clients personally, by phone, and via email on many questions related to insurance, benefits, and AOK.
Description
Providing personal, telephone, and written advice to clients
Consulting on performance and insurance law issues
Supporting with other topics related to AOK
Taking into account the individual needs of clients
Using suitable additional offers in consultations
Acquiring new clients to strengthen AOK
Requirements
You are a qualified social insurance specialist or a commercial professional in the healthcare sector with 3 years of professional experience.
You have solid knowledge of the services and insurance law of a statutory health insurance.
Alternatively, you have a commercial training or work as a tax, administrative, or legal and notary assistant.
Experience in personal customer advice is an advantage.
