In the Planning and Construction - Geodata Service department, we are responsible for providing technical data for the planning and construction of plants and networks.

Description

Your Responsibilities with Us:

  • Implementation of HVAC designs for buildings and engineering structures (waterworks, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, and others) using Building Information Modeling (BIM)

  • Progressive detailing of 3D HVAC models across all phases, creation of families, collision checks, HVAC schematics, quantity determination, and generation of 2D plans from the model

  • Quality assurance of externally requested digital model data and integration into the virtual 3D existing data of the works

  • Checking compliance with model structure and content, formats, collision clearance, file size, systems

  • Professional support (drawing and construction) and advice (BIM) for engineers in the building technology department

Requirements

Your Profile:

  • State-certified technician in construction technology, specialising in civil engineering with relevant professional experience

  • Alternatively: state-certified surveying technician or

  • Training as a geomatics technician or

  • Training as a draughtsman in civil, road, and landscape construction with further training as a certified CAD modeler and relevant professional experience

  • Theoretical and practical knowledge in Building Information Modelling (BIM)

  • Proficient use of market-standard software for modelling 3D building models (e.g., "Autodesk REVIT", "AutoCAD")

  • Expertise in water supply and wastewater disposal

  • Desirable: Experience with HVAC calculation tools like Solarcomputer, Linear, Dendrit

  • Teamwork, flexibility, reliability, personal responsibility, interest in new digitalisation techniques

We offer you a remuneration according to pay group 8 of the TV-V (collective wage agreement for public utilities). Depending on personal qualifications, classification may also occur in a lower pay group.
