Your Responsibilities:

• As a passionate host and motivating leader, you turn 'your' restaurant into the social hub of your community every day

• You co-manage all operational processes, ensure high-quality standards, efficient and sustainable use of resources, and implement our service philosophy

We Expect from You:

• Warmth, friendliness, and openness to offer our guests the BLOCK HOUSE EXPERIENCE

• Successfully completed training as a specialist in system catering, restaurant management, or hotel management

• At least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry and initial leadership experience are required

• A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong service orientation

• Willingness to learn, resilience, flexibility, and high commitment

• Fluent German and good English skills
